Carl never took his wife to Paradise falls in South America while she was alive. When well-meaning officials consign Carl to a nursing home, he rigs thousands of helium balloons to his house and floats away. He soon discovers that Wilderness Explorer Scout Russell has stowed away and the two find more than they bargained for.
